    [Error Code] how to Reset duplex unit correctly on a ricoh aficio gx3050n

    I have a Ricoh Aficio GX 3050n, and i find error in her display like " close the top cover or Reset duplex unit correctly....."

    Please somebody can help me?!?!

      What have you tried so far? Most of us prefer not to waste your time telling you to do things you've already tried. That doesn't help anyone.

          I just get the same printer from ebay and i have the same problem.
          I check the cover switch and its working properly.
          I find the small belt in the left side of the printer inside it and put it back in place.
          When i remove the duplex assembly the message change to tell me to install it.
          Could it be the timing of the belt or someting in relation with it ???
