      Hi

Seeing that the BICU is already new, the next port of call would be the controller (judging by the sc code).

There are remote instances where a code is generated by something out of the way like a pinched wire or such, which was then caused by the tech or the customer (which no manual will cover!)

Have you checked (and re-checked) that all the connectors on the BICU and the controller are seated properly?

When does the code appear - at startup or as part of the startup or standby routine?
      Press the GREEN button!!

        A question for the OP.

When you put the new BICU on the machine, did you move the NVRAM chip from the old BICU board to the new one?
