    [Misc] need reset pasword for REX ROTARY MP 6500( Ricoh aficio 700 almost the same)

    What is the exact procedure in resetting the password for REX ROTARY MP 6500? I need help badly, the operator can't operate the machine. Somebody enabled the used of username and password of the machine.

      Log into the WIM and turn OFF 'authentication'.
      If the login credentials have been changed for the WIM, use "supervisor" (no password) to login and change the credentials back to default (or whatever you choose), then log back in and disable "authentication".
      If the "supervisor' credentials have been changed - you're S.O.L. without an NVRam
