[Error Code] Finisher Type C2550 problem

    Hello

I have a problem with c2550 internal finisher.
When i turn on the machine then running the inicialisation of finisher (motor check...) then the machine marks a Paper jam Code 248 and Sc 796.
The paper jam code and sc code means the belt roller position sensor or belt roller solenoid error.
The solenoid and sensors are good.
The all of sensors work good (check all with multimeter)
When the machine wake up form sleep mode marks this error.
The finisher door have to open and close, then the paper jam ceases, the finisher is inactive.
    But, the machine works.
The firmware version of finisher is 00.040:10
The cabel beetween the machine and finisher is good.
I checked this finisher another MPC2551 machine, the problem same as

This is probably stupid, but have you turned the machine completely off? Like press the power button on the control panel, wait for the light to stop flashing and then turning off the red toggle switch on the left hand side of the machine? (I just reread your posts, and there is no indication of that.) For the life of me it sounds like a voltage surge happened recently and caused bad data in the machine's operating memory. That can cause all manner of undesired operations, but most of the time a hard reboot like this will clear that bad data.

Unplug it then plug it back in. Canons lock up like this also. Hard re-boot isn't enough. Like a TV,you turn it off and it isn,t really off.

                In this situation you must:
                1 - reset E49 error code
2 - activate the machine administrator (item "Update Firmware" will visible)
3 - set to "Do not prohibit " for "Update Firmware"
4 - repeat update the firmware

When E49 is displayed, press Yellow, 143, stop, stop, stop. The machine will beep twice, turn it off, remove the SD card and it will reboot normally. You can then try updating the firmware again.

                      Thanks i will try it.

I tested this finisher in another machine, which has an (good working) internal finisher on today.
I changed tray lift motor, sensors, main board....etc
                      There is a solenoid
                      B792 4061 DC Solenoid:PF4143P511
which operates the belt position clutch.
                      This solenoid was wrong!
I checked this coil of solenoid with multimeter, i didn't found problem.
The resistance is 153 Ohm like the good solenoid.
But, it didn't work properly when turned ON the machine.
I think that it newer been good. It is a manufacturing problem.
