Web image monitor not showing in browser

    Hi all,

I have an issue with a MPC 7501 WIM not showing when the address is input into a browser.
There has been no configuration been carried out previously to cause this.

In Smart Device monitor for Admin the device is showing SC 636 ( this is due to a Java \ CAP \ ELP- NX issue),Usually I am able to connect to devices and carry out configuration even if there is a SC code on display.
but when I try to connect to the device, it shows the WIM welcome page for a second or to then disappears.

I can Ping the device, access tha address book and configure through SDM for admin, I can also access the device via FTP and Telnet.

The device is in a remote location and is awaiting a feild tech to attend.

    My question is,

"Does anyone out there, know of any type of command like Telnet or similiar, that I could try on this device. Just to simply carry out a reeboot.

    Thanks in advance.

in telnet mode run this command: Access Flush
Press enter. You should gain access if it is blocked by range.

Call a manager @ the location to turn it off and on again.
Please turn power off @ display then main power after light stops blinking.

      Rebooted.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
