Resetting fusing unit for biz hub 43

Hi,
this is the same help i need because,
i wanted to reset the fusing unit for biz hub 43 ,
i have tried to open the fusing unit and found out that
it has a small diode but the small diode is not available on
market, and i tried to short it with a 63mA but still it failed
Does any one know which board is responsible for that
because i have another printer which has another fault
and it is a Bizhub43 but it aso displays System error please resart
but still i dont know what to do
some help if possible

Bizhub is Minolta machine and most of guys around here work on Ricoh,you posted in a wrong place,meybe some Ricoh tech know Minolta as well but you better post this on Konica Minolta.
