[Misc] MPC 5000 - Backdoor Blues

Have one in the shop to rebuild, admin account is not default and "supervisor" doesn't seem to exist. Aside from changing NVRAM, what're my other options? Obviously the UN/PW are long gone and impossible to figure out.

    Cheers

There are plenty of threads on how to change the admin password:

What have you tried so far?

Well, aside from the "supervisor" password and the default password that I mentioned using in my original post, nothing. Default being "admin" blank password. This machine doesn't seem to have the "supervisor" backdoor option, as I stated in first post also.

The MP C5000 has a Supervisor account. If someone changed it, then you're looking at replacing the NVRAM.

I have a program to reset the NVRAM on Ricoh machines. EMAIL me from a business account and I'll send it along. Not for end users.
