    Toner density is high on MP1600

    Toner density is high after changed PCU and developer.Can I do lower toner density any simulation code?I try to spending toner then make dev.init. but it has been same after a few copies.any idea?

    Check what voltages the ID sensor (VSG/VSP) is coming back with, failing that take a bucketload of sky shots and see what the TD sensor and ID sensor voltages drop to. Re-initialise the dev after this and it should solve your problem.
