    Belini 2090 with sr840 fault

    Hi folks new to this board so thought i would test the water.I currently have a problem with a nashuetec 9005. The m/c has a sr840 finisher and whenever a3 is copied it outputs 1 sheet only then tells you the finisher tray is full. All other paper sizes are fine and it does this non staple aswell.The m/c needs switched off/on to reset.Have upgraded the firmware prom and tried a new control board on the finisher.ANY IDEAS PLEASE.

      Did you upgrade all the firmware, or just system?? Also there maybe a finisher firmware/rom to upgrade.

          Fitted new prom to finisher.Cant beleive I didn't think to do m/c.M/c does work fine without finisher though and message actualy comes up before paper has even reached finisher.Will try m/c firmware though....
