Scanrouter Ex Pro 3.2.2.0 database files. Can you edit them externally?

Hi all,

We, unfortunately, still have to use Scanrouter Ex Pro v3.2.2.0. Is there any way, at all, to query/edit the database it uses externally? We're planning on moving everyone's scan folders to a new server and I really don't fancy having to change 500+ entries manually via the GUI
