Aficio 3224 sc 670

i have on lab a 3224 with present this problem:
the machine at start display the message "PLEASE WAITH" for 5 minutes ,after appears the code SC 670.
I have substuited the controller board and verify the 2 sodim ram and sdcard inserted in slot 2.

theres New firmware for SC670, or try changing hard disk.

i have disconnected the hd and mounted on another machine :it's not defective.
firmware version to resolve sc 670 code?

SC670 is displayed when the scanner moves just after the main switch
is turned on.
Update Bicu firmware to V1.08:03.
