How do you enter SP mode to enter the SP codes on a Ricoh Pro C651ex?

Yellow clear all > 806182 > C

It's not a new machine.
I tried Yellow Clear Modes button didn't see any clear all, then 806182 then the C clear button and it didn't work.

Yellow 107 C I think.

it is yellow button "all clear" button then 1-0-7 and c button for clear and not the c/stop button( red stop button)

or for special sp mode press yellow button( "all clear" button) 1-4-3 stop ("c")button x2 and hold down untill display changes

I dont have much experience with this machine, but maybe the Service Mode Lock is activated.

Pretty sure that's for factory mode, not SSP. Not sure if I would have given out that one.

nope its ssp, for factory mode its a total diffrent mode. my mouth is sealed with that one

So you were using( I presume you are not a tech ) the printer and all of a sudden no printer appearing in any screen? No I think you just purchased this and you need a Fiery. Give us the full story, but get a trained tech.

No, what you have in that image is no print function. You are going to need a qualified tech on site to correct that.

watch out Dude.. I got blasted for tellin a newbie that posted in a thread older than this.. not same model and hadn't even READ the past posts and then replied in a lang (asian?) I couldn't understand and -=I=- was told I should use 'translate' (first post WAS in english_)
