Aficio 5000B firmware needed

Hello everyone. I have an Aficio 5000B that keeps locking up in scanner mode. The only thing I can think of is that it needs a firmware update. Does anyone have the latest firmware that they can send me? Thanks in advance!!!

If you have Dropbox, then i can send it over depending on which Firmware you require.
