if the lamps are not turning on and you know for sure you have a 220v fuser in a 220v device, I would start replacing door switches
I presume you have visually checked the lamps for damage also
I also presume you have checked the connectors on both the fuser and in the cavity where the fuser plugs in for any type of debris in the plug its self
In regards to ram clear, I hope you had on hand a non default page printed out on run up and stored in the device somewhere....
If not, send the device to copier heaven because its cactus....
But if you did take a backup, please note if you restore it, you will also be restoring the fault (if any) back on the new nvram so potentially you would have wasted your time on that exercise
I'd like to take a somewhat different approach. Are all the cover safety interlock switches working? If the fuser isn't working and there isn't an error code, that's what I'd check first.
Hi Iowatech, if interlock switches don't work, will the machine show SP code? If it don't show errors code how do I know which interlock is damaged? Could i use input/output to check?
Why do SP5801-008 say Printer Application: Invalid Operation (not permit Execute), who can tell me reason please.
if i have another c900s, does it help me to fix this machine?
The printer memory clear is invalid because the machine is a Fiery driven printer. That is :It's print conroller is a Fiery device that is mounted inside the machine.

Thank Tonerbomb, I have checked Fiery server, it has been error "starting... please wait", is it a reason to make the machine don't warm up?

If the interlock switches aren't working, there won't be an error code. Most of the time you will get an open cover indication, but not always. And there should be a way to check them in the input checks.

Thank Iowatech, let me try.
I have checked output by turning on fusing motor, warm-up subroutine works and fusing runs automatically. I suppose start-up sequences is missing some applications or missing error some files. After fusing works and reaches enough temperature by turning on fusing motor, I press Start for copy but machine still wait for warm-up although temp is ok.

The fiery is waiting for the machine to communicate with it. Like Iowatech said, Check the interlock switchs on the panel you remove to get access to the pcu's. What was the machine doing before you changed the regional setting in the SP's ???

Thank Tonerbomb,
Before I changed the regional setting in the SP's the machine run well for kind of paper <=150g/m2, when I use coated paper 250 or 300g/m2 toner not stick to paper. I tried to fix it, but now it become like this, (((, I want to go to hell ((

Do you have any more idead?
I do have one suggestion, if the fuser worked properly in output service mode but won't work in normal operating mode you might try replacing the IOB PCB. As the IOB PCB controls all machine internal functions, and service mode and normal operations take different paths through the board, that seems to be the next logical step.
wait a minute here. this all went bad after you changed the region code right?? Do you have the birth certificate for the machine( orignal factory settings pages for your specific machine)???? If you do try to input these settings to get the machine back to it's factory state. you will have to do some additional adjustments when you do this also.

Thank Iowatech & Tonerbomb and everybody very much, I want to check reason of SP setting first, if the error is related to hardware it is very terrible for me.
@Tonerbomb: yes, this all become bad after I changed the region code. I did factory reset (by Press # when press Copy SP as Eric1968 suggested), is it the meaning of you? If not, please tell me what is the birth certificate for my machine and how can I have it? Then what are additional adjustments I have to do also.

One again, thank you very much.
Well, until Tonerbomb gets back, I can at least let you know what the "birth certificate" is. It is a sheet of plain paper that has a number of SP modes and corresponding values printed on it, usually in a very plain font, which is with the machine when it gets initially set up. While the manufacture of the machine is very precise and most of the factory default settings will usually work, there are always some differences between machines, and the adjustments to compensate for that are listed on the "birth certificate".
I've never set up a C900, but on the comparable machines that I have, the "birth certificate" has been contained in a plastic bag with the printed user manuals and CDs. You might check there.

Thanks Iowatech. There also is a TSB for the CNB (connector board) and random codes and errors. If this is an early production C900 this may be the problem. Still doesn't add up after the region change though!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll look up the TSB and post it.
