Hi! I've got strange problem with scanning for about few days with two 2018D machines, but in different locations. Machine downloads settings from scanrouter server properly (delivery IP, address book etc.), also scanrouter servers detects machine in LAN. Until recently, everything worked, but now, when I wan't to scan something, scanned document is just vanishing. It leaves a machine (100% memory free and there are no errors),
but does not reach the server. There is also no informations on SR logs.
I tried to:
clear settings on machines (UCS etc.)
switch firewalls and AV programs off on server
reinstall scanrouter.
It doesn't help. Two different locations, machines, nets and the same problem. Is the some windows update could be the cause?
