    MPC5502 ITB Migration

I have a couple MPC5502's with the belt migrating to the front of the machine and will then rip. We have replaced the ITB assy along with the cleaning unit and the PTR. Belt migrates again. Machine is level, side door closing properly, nothing looks out of place. It is a higher volume location (60k black and 23k CMY/month) most of which is 17". If you catch it early you can release the belt tension and move the belt back. The belt rides up on the roller so the rubber edge is not keeping it centered. Of course this machine is at a fly in mine site and I only come once a month... Ideas?

In the manual it shows changing the belt itself but the belt is not in the parts manual. Just the belt assembly is. Any one have the part number?

When I bring up that number it says it is an assembly. When you order is it an assembly or just the belt?
        Thanks

It's definately the belt only. Got one in front of me.

I haven't seen this issue but I don't have any running near that volume. What other mpc models will that work on?

I have fitted it to Mpc2500, 4500, 2800, 5000 models, sure it would fit others also.
