Does the mag roller have the same defect on it?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

First of all, use OEM Toner. That aftermarket crap only gives problems. If you use OEM toner, you don't have to worry about the toner being the cause of copy quality problems. Vacuum out the DV-Unit, or replace the whole unit. Then pour in a fresh bag of developer and perform all adjustments.

Eric1968 is correct about using the proper OEM toner. But more important the the toner is the developer. The proper developer for the 1075 is Type 24 not Type 21. Someone may have told you that you could use Type 21 for Type 24 and save money, but there is a different amount of developer in the bag.

Yes both of you are right, i use 900g developer here, but somthing else confused me. Same toner and same debeloper on other 40 machines work perfect.
