    AO45/B125/RW240

    I have an RW240 that comes up with a message saying "set paper correctly". I find no reference to this in either the operator or service manual. Obviously it is referring to the copy paper itself but which roll? All rolls have been individually loaded with the same response each time. Also has a cassette with the same results. The machine will go through the initial load and knows paper is present but says it is loaded wrong. The machine will run from the manual feed table and will scan correctly but will not print from the rolls or cassette.
    Any help will be appreciated

    Does the rolls appearing on the screen? Can you check the logs if there was a sc 508.

      No Sc's have been logged. All rolls and the cassette are recognized on the display panel.

        encountered this problem before. when you copy or print the paper will not move/feed so the machine will tell that the roll is not installed properly. check the feed unit, replace the feed clutches.
        Nobody is perfect..
