    B805/SR3030 Finisher

Got a really bizarre problem with a SR3030. The problem occurs on any MPC4500 as I have tested it with.

What is happening is a jam is thrown every time a single page is about to exit to the lower sort tray.

Throws jam codes on 7505-201 (Finisher Shift Motor) and now SC753 (Stack sponge roller motor error). I have searched and searched the SM for this frickin sponge roller motor and can not find any other reference to this thing let alone heard of it. It also occasionally throws

I have tested the shift motor in SP 6xxx EUP and it works flawlessly along with the exit sensor and a few others in the paper path.

    Any ideas???

There is some firmware incompatibility on the finishers and main units. We've had a few that act goofy (jams, codes, etc) right out of the box. Try updating the machine and finisher firmware to the most current available, it's worked on all the ones we've had so far.
the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.

There is a similar issue with the new B/W series (D009/D011/D012/D013). A firmware update is required for the SR3020 and SR3030 finishers to get them to work properly.

I know I should have mentioned this but there were 4 other MPC4500 also that were setup. This is the only one that had a problem.

Either way I have to wait till we are in our new facility to look at it again. Right now I have 16 Aficio 5560's staring at me to be setup
