Hi all master..

I have one customer requesting a question that how to hide "user code" numbers when we print out all user lists.

By default, when printing user list report, we can see sequence number; user code; user name and total copy or print.

Does ricoh machine able to do tha?? Anyone has tried to hide some info from reports??

No, but if you setup the user/administrator codes with the appropriate privileges, only an administrator can access user tools to print and view the reports
