ricoh mp c3500 11.17 paper to count as a double click

I am currently worming on a mp c 3500 and all 11.17 are single clicks. I would like to know how to get the mfp to count the 11.17 as double clicks on the meter. Any suggestions?

SP Mode 5-104 set to 1. You have to be in Special Service Mode to get this SP mode to show up.

Glee, when you speak of special service mode are you speaking of the clear modes, 107, stop service mode? Which is how I enter the service mode.

Enter the normal way (above), then hold "#" when you touch "copy SP", and maybe (just maybe) consider a Service manual

Thank you, Sandmanmac. I have the service manual on my laptop, which is crashed as of Monday, and yes, I have backed the info up, I just don't have access to it right now.
