    [Error Code] JAVA UPDATE

    Dear all,

    i would like to update the java version to 7.22.0 . Kindly assist me how to do that in offline mode. Thanks in advance

      First you have to make certain that the model you are working on supports JAVA 7.22. Refer to TSRC solutions for information. Models for each JAVA version are listed. There are links for the update utilities and documentation.

      The type of your post is listed as Error Code. If you are wanting to update JAVA because of an error code associated with JAVA, your JAVA SD card might be defective. This can happen if you remove the SD card without first unloading JAVA. If tis is the case, you will need to replace the JAVA card and possibly the Controller board.

          Thanks for your valuable reply . i am extremely sorry to say that i don't have access to TSRC but i have a valid account in MY RICOH . Hence i am requesting you to advise me how to identify the which java for which machine and offline update method .

              It lists RFG models for JAVA 4.x through JAVA 10.x.
