    [Misc] MFP Cloning

    Dear all,

    Have a good day , one of my customer having more than 100+ mfp's of MPC 4502.
    As per their network environment and their requirements i have to change some settings like SSL , admin password etc...so i would like to clone(copy) a machine settings to all . is there any possibilities to do that.
    Kindly assist me to short out this issue it would be appreciable.

    You can backup user settings and adress book to an USB-stick or SD-Card, but passwords aren't backed up.

      Addressbook can also be backed up thru WIM.

        Dear all,

        have a good day and thanks for your reply. Most of the machines are located in highly security premises which i can't access easily. If there any possibility to do that remote operation like WIM it would be appreciable.

          As I already said, the addres book can be copied with WIM. After the address book is built on one machine, click on the Maintenance Button at the top of the address book page. Options are there for backup and restore.
