The key to this would be J001. This is a no feed of paper from tray 1 even though you see R3,R5. Most likely it is a multiple page job that misfed during the run.

Machines works perfectly without finisher.

Could it be J100 ? Paper late to/from finisher entrance sensor. Check bridge unit rollers, finisher entrance junction gate spring and rollers; make sure no one tweeked the rollers and paper guides at finisher entrance.
