[Jamming] Ricoh 2800 jamming at finisher

I have a Ricoh 2800 that is jamming at the the finisher, when i print multiple pages its comes halfway out of the finisher and then jams. There is paper jammed all the way back through the printer to the paper pickup out of the tray. Ive changed the 2 push switches on the internal tray. Printer works fine without the finisher attached. Which leads me to believe I have a finisher problem. All the sensors seem to be working, any help would be appreciated.

Which finisher and which jam code?

If it is one of the floor models, try cleaning the entrance rollers just past the entrance sensor.

The jam code is a vital piece of information. Last week I worked on a SR4030-Finisher attached to an Aficio MP6000. I had jams in the exit section of the finisher (on proof tray and shift tray). Solution was to clean all bushings. The bushings of the shift tray were full of dirt. Cleaning them solved it.

It is a floor model, I did clean everything and it seems to be working now. Not sure exactly WHAT fixed it, but its working. Jam code was J100, not sure what it means.

J100 means there's a jam at the entrance of the finisher. The entrance guide could be bend, or maybe one of the push switches in the bridge unit is the cause.
