[Misc] MP 4000 Toner Feeding Issue

It's an AFICIO MP4000 always alarming "Toner Bottle is Almost empty ,Replace Toner Bottle" after some copies/prints.
    The detailed issue is:
My client fixed the toner bottle and machine started demanding new toner bottle intermittently after every 50 to 100 copies.
1.Checked Toner feeding motor physically and through SP mode 5804_106 and it was ok( moving forward)
2.Toner forced supply 2207 .No success
3.serviced Hopper and found the flaps in hopper at their position.
4.Thoroughly inspected the Hopper unit & CPDU and everything was seemed to be OK.
    5. Manually feed the toner in developer Tank which was absolutely empty and made almost 300 copies constantly.Checked the tank's inlet and found empty again. As per my findings ,there is something wrong with Hopper.
I consulted service manual and parts cat and astonished to find that the hopper unit's parts are somehow different to displayed in parts cat.(Page attached for ref).

Any tech/Rev Bulletin for Hopper assembly will be better for me.

I'm a little confused here. You said that you checked the motor and it was " moving forward "? Have you seen the bottles turning as it is trying to load toner? The only time I have had this issue with this mfp and it wasn't the mylars in the hopper, was the motor had broken gears in it. It would not turn a full bottle, but would turn the coupling without the bottle in the machine. I would look more closely at the motor if I were you.

or easier...have you checked for the correct toner bottle inside the toner hopper unit? this machine uses a toner type MP4500a and does not take type 3110 toner. Make sure you double check it before ordering any parts.

Thanking you Totoro & Kanuki2 for the prompt replies and sorry to miss some details in my last posts.
Toner bottle is MP4500A and gears are physically checked for breakage and found ok.

I'd start from checking a current Vt reading and compare it to its reference value...

Are you 100% sure that the transparent mylars inside the toner hopper unit do exist?

          All the best

I'm curious as to what you think the problem with the parts list is? Looks fine to me

If there is nothing in the developer tank, you probably should replace the developer material, an insufficient amount of developer will cause false out of toner messages.
If you have time you may also want to check that the mixing augers in the developer unit are rotating properly, and there is nothing interfering with the developer drive coupling mating with the drive coupling on the machine.

In the area you indicated, there should be a black plastic stud that is used to open the toner drop slot when both the toner tray and the PCDU are properly installed. I have had this break preventing toner from being added. If this is the case, you will need to replace the entire toner supply unit. As a temporary check to see if this is the problem, you could swap the toner supply with one from another machine. There are no replaceable parts in the section you have indicated.

I usually put a pen mark on the top of the toner bottle, use output check to rotate the toner add motor, then check if the mark has moved.

1st of all,Sorry for miss presentation as English is not my Native language.
I have double checked CPDU of this machine ,weighed the developer in the tank and deeply examined the mesh with mixing rod in the developer tank.Everthing is in it's good health.
I did want to say that the portion where the toner drops in DU go empty even I after manual spoon feeding. So it is sure that toner do not drops in DU properly.
As for Hopper Unit. There are some smaller parts in Hopper unit,s toner dropping area ,I have physically seen but not shown in parts cat.

Presently the piece is not in front of me .I will post the images of the specific parts with my next post in this thread.
