HI , the touch screen light is very low it is almost dark , you need to focus to see the icons , but it is fully function , please advice the machine is mp7500

There is probably a knob on the very left hand side of the control panel. If it is there, turn it clockwise and see what happens.

Either the back light panel for the display panel, the power supply for the back light, or both have gone bad. Determine which and order replacement. You can measure the voltage going to the backlight. It should be 120 VAC to 150 VAC. Be careful when checking the voltage as you can get quite a shock if you touch both leads.

I have seen this on MP7500, backlight lamp is probability faulty...unfortunately you have to replace entire display assy.

I'm not sure you have to replace the entire display altho that is the quick and easy solution.

Replace B247 1461 PCB:LCDC:NA which contains the inverter

Replace the LCD screen - PN B238 1485, most likely
