This can't be adjusted in service mode. One of the registration roller bushings is broken and needs replacing.

This can't be adjusted in service mode. One of the registration roller bushings is broken and needs replacing.

To check which bushing, I usually try inserting a narrow strip of paper between the the registration rollers. The end that it inserts into easily has the broken bushing.

TonerMunkeh is right, but I'd check the guides in the paper drawer first. At least if there are also paper jams or wrinkled copies.
