[Misc] How do you go about test pages on client Ricoh Machine that was under leasing term.

Hi, Sometimes we went to a clients site to troubleshoot some Photocopy machine and we might need to do some test print as well. For instance, test print from different trays of 10 to 20 pages. So how do you go about the counter on the photocopy machine? It's because some customer are very calculative and will not be happy especially those photocopy machine was on leasing term and charges are calculated based on the no. of counter printed.

May I hear your suggestion please?

    Thanks.

Go to Copy SP, press the copy screen button at the top, then do as many copies as you want without increasing user counts. (Copies are crossed so are worthless to anyone else.)

I would also recommend you contact Ricoh for some basic training, before you work on any of their machines.

I'll assume that this is a good answer; I didn't even understand the question!

Rediclous! If they take their car to a mechanic does he use his own gas for testing?
