How to configure photocopy Ricoh for scan to email

Hi, I would need to configure a photocopy machine lets say Ricoh MP4000 to make scanning of files into his/ her email. However, this particular person doesn't have a static IP and is using emails like hotmail,gmail,yahoo and etc.



Could you help please?

You need to read the manuals that came with the machine, or download them from the Ricoh website.
