    [Misc] Scan to folder/ scanning / windows 8

    Hi, why some certain Ricoh MP4000 doesn't work with it's twain driver? I have install ricoh MP4000 printing driver for a client and test print works. But it doesn't work with the twain driver. There's an error pop up when I had try to do scanning. However, Configuration scan to folder works.

    The other issue is RICOH MP4000 scan to folder doesn't work with windows 8? Because I have tried to setup scan to folder for windows 8 but it doesnt work.

      Upgrade the network firmware, or try scan to FTP or Scan-to-email.

              Firmware. There are more threads on here than you could shake a stick at, if you bothered to look.
