How to reset Password , try to disable user management at Tools fail .

If you can't use the standard login, this is something you should probably take up with the IT people who take care of the machine. Those were the dopes that changed the login after all.
Just curious though, why is this an issue?

Have you tried using the Login button with the default admin and blank password? (This logs you in as Machine Op.)

Or use username Supervisor with blank password. Then you can restore the Admin account.
