MPC 4502 Cant clear toner end

Hiall,I've got a MPC4502 I cant clear the toner end,so far fitted new pump & dev unit,turn toner detect off /on serval times,2 different bottles of toner,NVRAM clear(dont worry backed up before),followed the tech bullitin about this,tried toner end recovery,still no joy,any ideas? Going back with a complete pcu,rfid board & another pump tomorrow-cheers

Whats vt compared to vtref on that colour?
Also what is the vsp reading ?

The toner nozzle might br clogged. Try cleaning or replacing it.

This might be stupid, but are you sure you are using the right toner? I've seen wrong toner cause the exact same problem enough times I had to ask.

Fixed!!!! Printed out full smc,decided to clear nvram again without reinstalling it,now working but had to reinput all the smc values,but hey ho-result.

Turning SP 3-045 to off (=0) and running copies (or rebooting), then switch back to on (=1) will also reset the 'toner empty' message. Won't have to re-input values like NVRAM! Glad you got it!
