I have an interesting problem with a MP C2050. The display in various modes will appear normal but in other modes it is unreadable (lines running through it and barely able to discern the info that is there).
In Copy or Document Server modes the screens all appear normal.
In Fax and Scanner modes the screens are almost unreadable. Print mode is half and half. Simplified screen for the Scanner screen is also OK.
Service Program is OK on the first screen but once you enter System, Fax, Printer, Scanner service modes the screen is almost unreadable. On the System screen where you enter Supply names or Telephone numbers the screen is again normal.
. Any ideas?
