Folks, with exception of one pig Venus that I have, implementing the fix from http://rfg-esource.ricoh-usa.com/ora.../rfg055674.pdf has solved the toner dusting issues. Literally 20+ machines assigned to me and only one still has a problem after the above TSB is applied. Might just be lucky, but I highly doubt it. Have any of you tried this yet? If so, what are your results?

Disregard the TSB title for resolving white spots. It will do that, also, but will also solve the dusting problems, for the most part. Someone else above also posted a change in some service modes, which I tried on 2 machines. That worked on one that was in a lower volume situation, but the other still dusted bad because of improper placement by the sales team........
