MP335 won't print full page from Quickbooks

Just replaced a 2027 with an MP3350 last week and today the customer called saying it is only printing half page when using Quickbooks.
She said worked fine on the 2027 and everything else is printing with no problem.
This is on windows 8 if that matters.

The 2027 print driver works on the 3350 and visa versa.

Reload the 2027 driver and see if it solves it.

Could be she is telling it to print landscape instead of portrait?

Solved, loaded 3350 driver from ricoh website and works fine.
problem was with pre-installed windows 8 driver.

I avoid them when ever possible.

The preloaded Microsoft drivers are usually a bundled PCL 6 driver, which never works anyway.The website is always the best place to go for drivers...
