[Error Code] (Error Code) SC 870 on machine mp3010

Hi, I'm facing the machine hang problem when start up the machine. It takes a very long time to go to the user home page and it came out with SC 870. I've replaced the controller board including RAM but the issue still remains. May I know what should I do then?

I agree too, and you can check it very easily by simply unplugging the HDD and see if the machine boots up properly (although with limited functionality)

Address book data error. Make certain that the customer has a backup of the address book. Reformat the HDD using SP 5-832-001 or clear the address using SP 5-846-050. Disconnecting the HDD might not clear the problem. Fax address SD card might be installed in the wrong slot or is write protected. Address book SD card is used when there is no HDD. It goes in Slot 2.

Good call Slim. I was relying on my memory (I should know better) and was confusing with SC872 etc.
