    [Error Code] Ask about Aficio MP 5000

    Dear friend!
    I have MP 5000 and sometime this machine display SC542.
    I have changed new fusing unit but still have this problem.
    Please could you give me some advice!

      its a thermistor issue even if the unit is new you can try replacing them
