    Ricoh MP6000 calibration

    hi all
    i have Ricoh Afisio MP6000 how can i make calibration because the color when the copy not ok

    what have you done so far, are the service items in life? have you read the manual?

      Color? Considering this is a black and white machine, I am going to assume you mean the black is too light. This could be dirty laser glass, dirty scanner optics, drum worn, developer low, toner low/poor quality, low quality paper, etc. All in all, call a tech.

          I'll assume that it's an MPc6000, in which case there's an auto colour calibration mode in User Tools - Maintenance.

          Other than that you'll need to pay for someone who knows what they're doing to come to look at the machine.

          If you are an engineer, are the PM parts up-to-date and have you tried updating to RTFM?

            Ha! Great line to "update to RTFM" . I'm going to use that on a few techs that constantly call me for help without doing any legwork first.

              have you not read the reply's??? RTFM .
              Is it an Aficio MP 6000 or a Aficio MPC6000 ?????? It's a minor detail..................
