j'ai nettoyer l'optique refait les demi-teinte meme probleme
copie en N&B correcte merci de me poste une solution

Well, Jesus, if you can't solve the problem, I'm not sure anyone can!
But seriously, someone who probably has no business working on one of these machines, has probably performed the "ever popular" memory clear. Most likely, and foolishly, in order to try and solve another problem.
The 'non-default" data will need to be re-entered. Hopefully the sheet is still tucked underneath the jam removal sheet inside the front cover.

a 2500 MPC copy glasse on a white sheet of copy is magenta
I clean the lens again the same problem halftone
copy B & W correct me thank you post a solution
