"Already followed the procedures manual" does not tell us anything. What exactly have you cleaned, adjusted or replaced?

not changed any parts yet, just cleaning the connectors polygon mirror motor drive pcb, BCU.
For the error sc221 was done cleaning the connectors LDU, IPU, BCU, the codes occur intermittently, sometimes the machine works all day.
