Dear All, My customer have broken one of the Duplexing part at the side cover. Now cant make 2 sided printing/copying.
we can't find the Duplex part at the part manual. Anyone can help on this and we need to order the part to repair the MP3350. thank

Here's a tip, thoughtfully provided to me by spaceman99.

Where the driven guide plate clips into the duplex door, there is a metal pin the plate locks in to. Add a small piece of Apollon toner pump tube onto this pin and it will clamp the guide plate in place more securely. A common cause of this 4664 gate pawl being broken is the guide plate falling open when the duplex door is opened to clear a jam. The actuator on the gate pawl hits the front fuser pressure lever and breaks off. This mod stops this.

you need just this two if your costumer just broke the gate pawl - D369 4664 Lower Gate Pawl ;if you cannot find the spring this is the part number for the spring - AA06 6314 Gate Pawl Lower Spring ;
and if the hole holder is broken you need this to - D369 4663 Guide Plate - Open/Close .
