Replaced pump assy and ink detect sensor in drum. performed sensor adj. goes into add ink mode. no ink added.

As far as "add ink" problems go, you say its not adding ink but its going through the motions of trying to pump the ink? Why bother with the sensor? Its obviously working. I usually open up the drum and move the ink pump by hand to get a better view of what is going on or not going on in the ink pumping process. Make sure you don't have any air bubbles, clogged lines. If you can't manually get ink to go through the pump that's your first challenge to solve.

Check the ink box too. If the ink has been sitting around a long time its possible that the components that make up the ink have started to separate. Hold the ink over a garbage can and with the cardboard opened, give the bag inside a squeeze. If you see any clear liquid come out get a different ink, if not make sure the ink is all the way at the end of the nozzle before reinserting it (to prevent an air bubble).
