richo c6000

[copierlady]

Working on a richo c6000 with booklet maker on the finisher. You can make a booklet if you are makeing copies, but when you print to the copier there is no option for saddle stich. Anyone know what the problem is? Maybe a setting on the machine?

Most likely the wrong finisher selected under the accessories tab in the print driver.

Under Devices and Printers (or Printers and Faxes for Windows XP) -> Right click driver -> Printer Properties (or just Properties for Windows XP) -> Accessories / Configuration / etc. The selected finisher will most likely be the stapler and not stitcher. If you are unsure about the model number, remove the finisher and check on the bottom-inside frame.
