Color & Black PCUs C230

So were finally at our first coloor PCU change on the C230sr. Ricoh has different P/N for color PCU M0262015 & Black is M0262014. The cost is about $60.00 more for the color. The svc. Manual says to be sure the (switch) on the back of the PCU is positioned to the correct color or black.
It is not a switch, It may be a switch actuator.

Are they all the same? Are we wasting bucks by ordering color PCU's?

Put them side by side and see what the difference between the connectors are. Have not yet had a need to replace one on these machines yet, except a straight swap BK.

Appears discretely different in the back not the same black to color.
