mpc 4000 machine has a siren sound when receiving fax

sometime this mpc 4000 will produce a siren sound when receiving fax. i press any button also can't stop it.
it will stop by itself after a minute.

User tools > Facsimile Features > general settings > Adjust sound volume,

Or alternatively you can do as one of my customers did, disconnect the fax board speaker.
