    HI,

    Does anyone know if there is a tool available for making
    scans editable.
    Such as searchable OCR - PDF.
    Customer wants to scan with an 4502 for creating surchable PDF's for
    copying text and paste it in Word.

      Hi there!
      As i know this is only with the "Metis"-series (MPC 3003...) possible.

                  A couple of other suggestions: Ecopy Paperworks or Ricoh's Document Manager NX.
