Hello everyone. I have an MPC5000 that is leaving a lot of toner on 1 half of the Transfer roller resulting in background and streaks on half of the copy. I initially thought it was the ITB cleaning unit as when I first took it apart there was some paper stuck in the ITB cleaning unit and the mylar was bent out of shape. I cleaned it and still the same problem. I replaced it and still same issue. That black transfer roller on the duplex side is getting loaded up with toner messing up the C/Q. I ordered a new transfer roller but I am not to confident that will resolve the issue. Anyone seen this before and if so how were you able to resolve the problem? I'm enclosing a picture of the transfer roller. Interestingly it cleans the black toner off the ITB just fine. Copies look good on black. and although the picture seems to just highlight the yellow on the roller all the colors are actually accumulating on the transfer roller. Appreciate any help on this.
