    [Misc] MPC 3500 Firmware

    hye there. i have 2 units ricoh MPC3500. 1 unit can use for scan folder win7. but another unit cant use. when use os win XP it can works. i thing the problem maybe because of firmware. both machine different firmware version. so i need a help. can somebody give me the latest firmware ricoh MPC3500 or we just exchange firmware. i have toshiba ES 3500 latest firmware. we can exchange the firmware. hope someone can help me.. really need it urgently.

      Scan to SMB on Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 requires Network Support Firmware version 5.20.1. This was the last regular update released, August 2010 production. There was a special firmware version released in February of this year to allow scan to SMB on Windows 8 and Servere 2012.

          I know it. Because of that I need the firmware. Dont need the latest one. At least can support for win7 its ok for me.

                  Hello everyone! ! My friend! Ricoh C3000 color copier results as 2
                  shown, print effect is not a good question, is there such a failure
                  this copier, optical also cleaned up, and fought copying prospective
                  effect does not work! ! There are no friends friends to know that this

                          Hi guys,

                          I'm now starting to get this issue with my MPC3500 machines, not scanning to folder to Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 2012 R2 servers, does anyone have the firmware for these? i have contacted Ricoh UK, and they said they dont support it?

                          Help!!!
