LIGHT, WASHED OUT COPIES. TRIED FORCING TONER BUT THE MOTOR DOESN'T COME ON CHECKED INPUTS AND AGAIN NO LUCK. NOT GETTING MY VOLTAGE TO THE MOTOR. ANYONE HAVE THE CONNECTION I NEED OFF THE MAIN PCB TO CHECK OR AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE 850K ON THIS ONE. THANKS T

Check the toner sub hopper and make sure it's turning. If you open the front door, swing open the toner bottle holder and defeat the interlocks, you can watch the shaft/bushing on the front of the sub hopper while running forced toner add. If it's not turning, chances are the toner add clutch has failed as it runs off the developer drive.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. you can take out the toner end sensor near to the toner hopper and see if it make a whiserling sound, if the toner end sensor feels toner the machine will not add toner, but there an SP to check toner motor. how is your VSP what´s the reading
The laser writes a sensor pattern on the drum surface. The ID sensorThe Vsp output signal is one of the factors used for toner supply control.
measures the reflectivity of the pattern and outputs this data (Vsp) to the CPU.

Go into I/O mode and turn each motor on then off.
If the motor doesn't turn replace the motor.
Turn on and off the clutches and listen for the click.
If you don't hear the click swap the clutch.
Keep clutch activated while turning motors on and off.
Watch the gears for the DV unit and toner add.
If they activate you have just isolated it to a toner add situation through the dv sensor.
Replace the DV and set it up through service mode.
No power to motor or clutches check all the fuses on the PS.
Fuses good and no 24v on any red wires?
Replace power supply.
This is not rocket science.
